Terms of Use (EULA)

1. License Grant

Subject to the terms of this Agreement, Abida Mussadiq grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to install and use the App on Apple-branded devices that you own or control.

Your use of the App must comply with the applicable usage rules of the App Store.

2. Restrictions

You agree not to:

  • Copy, reproduce, distribute, or resell the App

  • Modify, adapt, translate, or create derivative works of the App

  • Reverse engineer, decompile, or attempt to extract the source code of the App

  • Use the App for unlawful or harmful activities

  • Attempt to interfere with the security or operation of the App

Any unauthorized use of the App will result in termination of this license.

3. Maintenance and Support

Abida Mussadiq is solely responsible for providing any maintenance or support services related to the App.

You acknowledge that Apple has no obligation whatsoever to provide any maintenance or support services with respect to the App.

4. Warranty Disclaimer

The App is provided “AS IS” and “AS AVAILABLE”, without warranties of any kind.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Abida Mussadiq disclaims all warranties, whether express or implied, including but not limited to:

  • Merchantability

  • Fitness for a particular purpose

  • Non-infringement

5. Product Claims

You acknowledge that Abida Mussadiq, not Apple, is responsible for addressing any claims related to the App, including but not limited to:

  • Product liability claims

  • Claims that the App fails to conform to legal or regulatory requirements

  • Consumer protection claims

6. Intellectual Property Rights

If a third party claims that the App or your use of the App infringes their intellectual property rights, Abida Mussadiq will be solely responsible for investigating, defending, settling, or discharging such claims.

7. Legal Compliance

You agree to comply with all applicable laws and regulations when using the App.

You also represent that you are not located in a country that is subject to embargo or restrictions that would prohibit the use of the App.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Abida Mussadiq shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from the use or inability to use the App.

Your use of the App is at your own risk.

9. Termination

This EULA is effective until terminated.

Your rights under this Agreement will terminate automatically if you fail to comply with any of its terms. Upon termination, you must stop using and delete the App.

10. Third-Party Beneficiary

You acknowledge and agree that Apple and its subsidiaries are third-party beneficiaries of this Agreement.

Upon your acceptance of this EULA, Apple will have the right to enforce this Agreement against you as a third-party beneficiary.

11. Changes to This Agreement

We may update this EULA from time to time. The updated version will be indicated by a revised Last Updated date.

Your continued use of the App constitutes acceptance of the updated agreement.

12. Subscription Terms

Some features of the App may require a paid subscription.

The duration of subscriptions (weekly, monthly, yearly) will be clearly displayed within the App before purchase.

Subscriptions automatically renew unless auto-renew is turned off at least 24 hours before the end of the current period.

Payment will be charged to your Apple ID account at confirmation of purchase.

Your account will be charged for renewal within 24 hours prior to the end of the current period.

You can manage or cancel your subscriptions at any time by going to your App Store account settings after purchase.

Any unused portion of a free trial period, if offered, will be forfeited when the user purchases a subscription.

Prices for subscriptions may vary and will be displayed within the App.
